Sandhya’s a policy wonk who cares a lot about building what Dr. King called “Beloved Community.” A multiply published author, their background in community organizing, religious life, nonprofit leadership, and diversity/equity/inclusion consulting lead to a mixture of approaches to creating justice particularly in the workplace but also in our activism and movement work. Above all, though, there is a throughline of connecting with joy in the work of doing justice.
